So i know its been over a month since i've updated this thing. sorrrrryyyy.... but, here's wats been goin on...
Since i've returned to the island, i've moved from the compound into a welsh house and then from the Welsh house to a village in London where i'm staying with 15 brazilians in a church all sleeping on the floor (its been fun!) We've been working with a church nearby in a community that has been described by the majority as being a deprived community... we've been doing a Vacation Bible School program for kids aged 5- 13! we've had heka adventurez trying to take these kids to an English Farm for a day and teaching them to make drums and trying to make some music from it, we did a little painting another day and some sports inbetween it all! we even had a chance to make a simple dance for them to do to our week's theme song! they performed it yesterday at our BBQ i was so happy for them.WE've definately had some fun!
In our down-time we've managed to go into central London for a day's exploration! (its only 15 mins away) we saw most of the major sights which i kinda rememberd how to get to after my trip out here back in 2003 as a student ambassador so THAT was a major benefit ahahah!!!

Well, I have arrived home in the USA for 5 weeks of visiting family and friends! The weather is AMAZING! I just thought i should update this cuz its not spring time anymore its SUMMER and im not in the UK right now... IM HOME! i've got a couple more weeks left here, so they'll be a second slideshow just before im back UK status! until then ENJOY!!!!
